Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from mommore.com for any reason, just contact us within the first 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. This applies only to items purchased directly on  mommore.com.

To return your goods, you must have a valid RMA. Please complete the form below to obtain one. Return shipping instructions will be emailed to you along with your RMA number. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the goods within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA and all packages must include the RMA number or they will be refused.

 U.S. Shipping Destinations and Rates

  • MOMMORE ships to all 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
  • Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
  • Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.

International Shipping

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MOMMORE cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
  • In most cases it takes from 10-25 business days. As we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
  • Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
  • Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
